First Class FlirtsFCF Back

Here are the items I got inside. Cannot wait to try them out!

Total MoistureGal and PoreBenetint1Blush - DandelionBenefit - Watts Up

I am glad I got this on the way back, I love Benefit products and even though these are only sample sizes I am still really excited to try them out. I have always wanted to get a Benefit blush but have never been too sure which one to use.
My beauty regime has also changed a lot especially the way I am applying make up and how much I am putting on my skin. I barely wore any make up on holiday apart from to cover up any problem areas and a bit of bronzer, I am hoping to incorporate this into my routine back in England as it takes less time and any skin problems I have will clear up quicker. I am going to definetly include these into my routine, cannot wait to also try out the “That Gal” primer, I have heard fantastic things about it.  This only cost me £16.50 on the plane so was a fantastic buy.  I love Duty Free and whoever came up with the idea!

That’s all from me,

Tony Moly Happy New Year Best Sellers 2014 Review

Happy New Year!
I know what you’re thinking and yes, I do know it is June so it is far too late in the year to even say Happy New Year let alone type it.  Is it bad luck to say Happy New Year when it is this late on in the year? Is it like uttering the Scottish plays name in the theatre before they’re about to go on and act? Well if I all of a sudden have a string of bad luck I know why.I wanted to try some Tony Moly cosmetics but wasn’t too sure what to start with then I came across this beautiful little set above – with a toner, moisturiser and BB cream I thought I had hit the jack pot and for only £4 ish it seemed well worth it.

The Nutra Energy Toner

Out of the set this is by far my least favourite item, the toner feels greasy on my skin and unpleasant to use.  It is also very difficult to get out of the actual bottle itself which adds to the annoyance of this product. Overall I only give this product a 1 out of 5.

The Nutra Energy 100 Hours Cream

I really liked this moisturisor, whenever I was having a really dry skin day I could just use this and it would work a treat.  Would recommend this product to anyone, it is amazing stuff and works like a dream.
Overall I give this a 5 out of 5.

Luminous Goddess Aura BB Cream

Last but not least, this small cute little BB Cream.  I love this BB cream, it is easy to apply and not too thick when applied to the skin, it has light to medium coverage. The incredible thing about this product is that it doesn’t become greasy and no shine appears despite how long you wear it for.   I absolutely love this for this reason alone, it is shocking to finally find a product that actually works in combating shine and oil.  One of my personal favourite items to use.
Overall I also give this 5 out of 5.

This was a steal at the price I got it for and I would definitely buy the bigger version of them not including the toner.  I could be judging it too harshly, I may give this another go at a later date.  I would recommend anyone to give these a go even if it is the ordinary sized versions.

That’s all from me for today, you can pick up the bigger versions for yourself or even this small little set from: —-> http://beautynetkorea.com/

Kate Moss’ Latest Rimmel Collection – Mascara

Kate Moss’ latest Rimmel London collection has finally hit the shelves and I have to say I am very impressed.

I got this today for a steal of a price at £4.99 down from £7.49 – a nice saving of £2.50, I used my Boots Advantage card points so it was like I paid nothing at all…Even though it takes forever to get one pound worth of points so technically I did pay for it, just not now.

Anyway, moving swiftly on. I don’t use much Rimmel products and I haven’t in the past, it has never been my go to brand however when I came across this mascara I instantly fell in love. The head on the mascara is amazing, there isn’t many mascaras like this out there at the moment. There are heads that are curved but none that follow this type of curvature (I could be wrong), it is bizarre but at the same time revolutionary.

I am looking forward to trying this out and seeing how it fairs up. I have recently been using Benefit’s BadGal Lashes and Isehan Kiss Me Heroine Make Long and Curl mascara both very good mascaras in their own way.

That’s all from me,

Soap & Glory – Make Yourself Youthful CC Cream Review

Soap and Glory
Make Yourself Youthful Superfluid CC Cream with SPF 15
Shade: Good Light

I purchased this product with a bunch of other Soap and Glory items and ever since then I have been unable to stop using this.  I have never used a CC Cream before however like a BB cream it is basically a tinted moisturiser with sun protection. A part from this the creams main aim is Colour Correction or Complexion Correcting – note the CC.

As of lately I have had very dry and terrible skin which is not great when trying to apply foundation over the top of it, luckily this CC Cream glides over effortlessly and seems to cover any redness on my skin brilliantly.  Unfortunately when it first comes out it appears very very orange… a bit tangtastic I know and this is the lightest shade you can get, it is almost shocking to how orange it is;

Don’t be discouraged by the colour though, it blends nicely on the skin and when powder is applied you can barely tell the difference to your natural skin tone.  Just make sure to blend well when using as otherwise your face and neck will look very different indeed, also blend into the neck as you usually would with other foundations to make it less noticeable.

Below is what it looks like when applied alone with nothing else, still a few lumps and bumps noticeable on my skin however there is no unsightly redness that is completely visible.

I would suggest to anyone giving this ago even if you buy it for the smell alone, I mean it smells divine and in my book anything that smells good is a winner. Maybe that’s just me…probably is just me.

Depending on what kind of skin day I am having it can either go a whole day without becoming greasy and needing powder but other days it can become greasy on my skin, it has good days and bad days but that can be applied to any product out there.  I know in Korea they are very focused on beauty regimes as they know that in order to have flawless make up you have to have a good base to build upon – similar to when building a house. That’s why they are leading the way in skin care and beauty.

You can get yourself this fabulous CC Cream from Boots online or in store for £14.00.
Luckily this product is currently on offer for a limited time only for £9.33 with a free Nivea sample when you buy this product online at Boots.com.

It worked for me so hopefully it’ll work for all of you.

That’s all from me.  Have a wonderful day.

Benefit – Have a Beautiful Day!

Happy Beauty Day!
I was in Boots the other day and came across this little goodie bag filled with some cute Benefit miniatures, it was only £9.95 – according to the packaging it contains items worth over £21.48* meaning over a 50% saving! *Value based on RRP per ML of standard sized products. Prices correct as of September 2013.

It is new to stores and contains these amazing little miniatures; one of them being Benefit’s greatest item it has to offer – the POREfessional primer which is also fittingly the No. 1 selling primer in the UK.
I haven’t tried either the Posietint or the BADGal Lash mascara yet but I am thrilled to give these little products ago as I absolutely adore the quality of Benefit make up.  On top of all this, I also get a free VIP make over at my nearest Boots store and 500 Boots Advantage Card points when I spend £25.00 on Benefit cosmetics in a single transaction.  Altogether well worth the price tag.
What’s your favourite Benefit product?

I hope you all have a beautiful day! 🙂

Soap and Glory Haul

Over the last few days I have had a little spending spree and bought a few products from one of my current favourite brands – Soap & Glory.
I usually get a few S&G items for Christmas or maybe even birthdays; they have always been a strong favourite of mine product wise even if I only get them once or twice a year.  I never really buy my own S&G items but I decided to take the intuitive and get my own.

The middle purchase on the top picture is actually a present for my mum. I loved the set and all the items contained within. I thought it would be perfect for her.

As you can see I purchased on my splurge some items from their make up range.  I have never before used any of their make up before so I am looking forward to giving them a go.  I shall maybe do a make up review on these items.  Overall I am so excited and pleased with everything I got, I cannot wait to start using them.

Let me know what your favourite brands are as I am always looking for great new products and brands to start using.

That’s all from me,

Megan x
